Andrew MacPhail represents clients in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including derivative lawsuits brought in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and federal securities class actions and investigations. At Texas Law, Andrew was a Chancellor-At-Large, an associate editor of the Texas Law Review, and a member of the Supreme Court Clinic.
Before joining the firm, Andrew clerked for the Honorable James O. Browning, United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
