  • Representing the FDIC in its capacity as receiver of failed Colorado, Washington, Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama banks in cases alleging securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, gross negligence, and breach of contract, resulting in recoveries totaling more than $50 million

  • Obtaining jury verdict on behalf of design and manufacturing company and its co-founder in trial concerning alleged breaches of fiduciary duties

  • Obtaining plaintiff and defense victories in the Delaware courts and at arbitration in breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract cases arising out of M&A transactions

  • Obtaining precedent-setting victories in U.S. Courts of Appeals, including regarding the requirements for removal under the Class Action Fairness Act and the requirements for preliminary injunctions under the Defend Trade Secrets and Colorado Uniform Trade Secrets Acts
